Notes, documents and course material · Coming soon
SharePoint
Where OneDrive holds one person's files, SharePoint holds the shared ones: course sites, department libraries and the files behind every Teams channel. Reading selected libraries as course context is on the roadmap. None of it is built yet.
Not yet verified
- There is no SharePoint connection of any kind: no sign-in, no site or library access, no file reading.
- SharePoint is governed by your Microsoft 365 tenant, so onboarding would likely need your IT department, not just a teacher.
How it connects
The mechanism is an account link that you scope to the folders, pages or collections you choose, read-only, so nothing outside that scope is visible. Lectora then reads course material from there when you ask it to. Nothing is built for any of these sources yet, so this section describes the shape the connection will take rather than something you can switch on today.
Data and access
Lectora reads only what the assessment needs, and writes nothing back until an educator approves it. The Canvas access page documents the full scope, and our privacy policy, subprocessors and DPA cover the legal side.
