itslearning

itslearning is on our roadmap because of where our users are, not because we have started. Lectora installs as an LTI 1.3 tool, and that is the route in, but no itslearning-specific work has been done.

What works today

  • Lectora is a standard LTI 1.3 tool, so any LTI 1.3 platform is a plausible route in.

Not yet verified

  • No itslearning-specific work has been done at all: not the launch handling, not the roles, not a pilot.
  • We cannot yet say how Lectora behaves inside an itslearning course, and we will not guess.

How it connects

Lectora installs as an LTI 1.3 tool: the platform launches it inside the course, passing the roles and roster it already has. No separate account, and no copy of your student list living somewhere else.

Data and access

Lectora reads only what the assessment needs, and writes nothing back until an educator approves it. The Canvas access page documents the full scope, and our privacy policy, subprocessors and DPA cover the legal side.

Common questions

Tell us. Roadmap order follows the institutions that actually want to pilot: a named course with a real assessment moves a platform up the list far more than a request in the abstract. Request a pilot.
