Digital Eksamen
Digital Eksamen, built with the vendor Arcanic, runs the exam process at seven of Denmark's eight universities: from the exam registration a course sends in from student administration, through student submission, to the examiner's grading and the result handed back to student administration. It plays the role in Denmark that Inspera plays in Norway, which makes it a natural next assessment provider for Lectora, but Arcanic's public materials document a webservice for administrative data — users, exam registrations, results — and nothing that pulls candidate submissions, so it is unconfirmed whether the same door Inspera opened is even there. Nothing has been built for it yet.
Not yet verified
- There is no Digital Eksamen connection, no exam import and no hand-back of grades. None of it exists yet.
- We have not confirmed that Digital Eksamen exposes any interface for an outside system to pull candidate submissions. Arcanic documents a webservice API for administrative data, not one for pulling submissions. Until that is confirmed, this integration can be described but not scoped.
How it connects
Digital Eksamen already moves data in from an institution's student administration system (exam registrations, plans, curricula) and moves results back out to it once an exam is assessed. Whether it exposes anything comparable for an outside grading tool to pull in candidate submissions is unconfirmed: the webservice API Arcanic documents covers exam registrations, enrolments and results, but nothing in it describes pulling candidate submissions, so we are not asserting Lectora could connect the way it does to Inspera. Nothing has been scoped, let alone built.
Data and access
Lectora reads only what the assessment needs, and writes nothing back until an educator approves it. The Canvas access page documents the full scope, and our privacy policy, subprocessors and DPA cover the legal side.
